Friday was St. Patrick's Day golf event at SICC. Was told a week ago that I will be involved in this as MARCOM side was shorthanded... Apparently not.

Helping out at the registration was fine for me.. that was because quite a few members can come at the same time and I helped out in giving out the goodie bag while Sherby told members about the billing and where to sign their name on the list. BUT later on, we were supposed to go to the 15th hole to monitor the beer sliding game, it was a total waste of time.

There was a shelter there for us to sit while we wait for members to arrive at the 15th hole. When Sherby and I reached, 2 beer girls were already there and I was wondering just for a little game we need 4 people there to monitor? Plus, another photographer came by after a while making a total of 5 people like stranded at the shelter, dying of heat. I really see no logic in this.. and the game called beer sliding? There wasn't any beer or water in the mug and table was rough. Think the one I played at ACJC's funfair was so much better.

I feel that it was bad organisation for this event. Could feel it even at the briefing on Thursday. Thank goodness I didn't stay on later for the dinner and games. Well, at least I got the chance to see how golf is played. Now I know why golf can take up the whole day because most of the time you are finding where's the golf ball. Haha which is true.. at 1 time there was this group on female members that shout out to us, "Ladies, did you happen to see any ball around?" Hmm and just 1 thing I like golf is the hitting of the ball. Nice sound u get when a stroke is hit.

Yah.. I realised I got a lot of cuts from work. Long 4cm scratch on my leg due to shifting a table for preparation of some english class. Then I have cuts on my hands and arms not knowing how I got them in the first place. Used to have small paper cuts due to numerous filings but now I don't have a clue how I got all this cuts.

Zzzz.. my computer is once again at Sim Lim again. Keep getting hanging problems.. Guess it's time for that CPU to go..
